Are you not completely satisfied with your product? Is it defective? We will resolve this as efficiently as possible for you. If you want to return an order within the 90-day period, you can do so in accordance with our general terms and conditions. This does not apply to business orders.

Make sure your returned items are clean and undamaged. The labels must still be attached to the product and it must be in the original packaging. Pack your return carefully to ensure we receive it in good condition at our warehouse. Check the return shipment for hygiene and compliance with any additional instructions you received with the product. Products that are not returned properly by you, or that are not hygienically clean, will NOT be accepted by our warehouse. These products will be returned to you or destroyed by MHS.

If you do not meet the return conditions, the package may be returned to your address. If the remaining purchase amount after the return falls below the free shipping threshold, shipping costs will still be charged to you. If an order is partially canceled, promotional conditions (vouchers, free shipping, promo codes, etc.) linked to a minimum spend may result in an adjusted refund.

Shipping to MHS is at the sender’s risk and expense. MHS Ruitersport is only responsible from the moment your return is demonstrably received in our warehouse.

If an item has been used and/or is no longer in the original packaging, MHS will no longer accept it (for return). The same applies to dirty, soiled, and/or unhygienic products. For example, hair, mud, or sweat residues inside a blanket or halter. For this reason, MHS recommends always fitting blankets and/or halters with a (e.g.) sheet or (hand) towel underneath.

MHS is not responsible for and does not facilitate storage of non-accepted goods; product packaging should be sent in the original box or plastic bag where possible. For example, pack the original box or razor case in an extra box so the packaging is not damaged during transport; also ensure all other labels and addresses (e.g., your delivery address) are removed from the package.

Note: During an MHS promotion, a gift may have been added to your order. If you return the entire order, you must also return the gift. If you choose to keep the gift, the value of the gift (+ shipping costs) will be deducted from the refund amount.

 

Right of withdrawal from the contract


You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 90 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 90 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, physically takes possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., in writing, by post or email). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

 

Consequences of withdrawal


As long as your order has not yet entered the shipping process, we can cancel your order so you can place a new one. Please contact us at info@lando-equine.com.

If you cancel the agreement before the order has been shipped, we will refund you the full amount, including shipping costs, without delay and no later than 7 working days after we have been informed of your decision to cancel the agreement. We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; no fees will be charged for such a refund. We process our returns daily and you will receive a confirmation email during processing. You must return the goods without delay, but no later than 14 days after the day on which you informed us of your decision to cancel the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period expires. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods yourself. We will withhold the refund until the goods have been received and inspected. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. It is not necessary to unpack consumables and/or cleaning agents to evaluate. If you do so, the products are no longer saleable and the depreciation is 100%.

 

Exceptions


Excluded from the right of withdrawal is a consumer purchase relating to the delivery of: Products made according to consumer specifications, which are not prefabricated and are made based on an individual choice or decision of the consumer, or which are clearly intended for a specific person:

• Products that spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life;

• Products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been broken after delivery;

• Products which by their nature are irrevocably mixed with other items after delivery.

 

Return costs


You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs. These costs are not refunded. If you receive a refund, the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. At MHS Ruitersport, you do not pay any costs for returning a defective or incorrectly delivered product.

 

Returning business orders


If you have placed a business order, different conditions apply for returning your entire or partial order. The Distance Selling Act does not apply to business orders. When, after consultation with our business customer service, an order is returned in whole or in part, processing fees may be charged.

 

How can I exchange, cancel or change my order?


It is not possible to request a return label for a non-EU country. The product must be sent to MHS Ruitersport by yourself and at your own expense. MHS processes these returned products the same working day after arrival and you will receive a confirmation email. Want to exchange? In the return form you can indicate if you want to exchange. If your size is still available, we will arrange an exchange. If your size is no longer available, we will credit your order. For an exchange, we send the replacement product after we have received the original product back in our warehouse.

 

Return procedure


What is MHS’s return policy?


You must return the products within 90 days of receipt or indicate that you wish to do so (then return within 14 days after notification). When exercising your right of withdrawal, keep in mind that the product must be in impeccable condition. This means the products must be new and unused. When opening products that you could reasonably have assessed without opening the packaging (transparent packaging), depreciation costs will be charged. Handle the packaging of an item carefully. Do not write texts or stick stickers or tape on the product packaging itself.

As a customer, you are responsible for properly packaging the return shipment to ensure good protection during transport. Pack the return items in an (outer) box (a box around the original box) to prevent damage during transport. If the product is damaged and/or shows signs of use, MHS Ruitersport reserves the right to charge for this depreciation of the product. Furthermore, all accessories, such as descriptions, etc., must be present (if reasonably possible). When your return shipment arrives at our warehouse, it will be processed the same (working) day by MHS. You will then receive a confirmation email from MHS. Refunds are made within 7 working days after processing. The money will be refunded via the same payment method you used for your order (i.e., a credit card payment will be refunded to your credit card, an iDEAL payment to your bank account, and a PayPal payment to PayPal).

 

How can I check the status of my return?


When you have dropped off your return package at the post office, you will receive proof of shipment with a Track and Trace code. With this Track and Trace code, you can easily monitor the status of your return shipment. Once your return shipment has been received and processed in our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email.

Disputes


Online dispute resolution according to art. 14 par.1 ODR Regulation Consumers: The European Commission offers a platform for online dispute resolution, found at: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Consumers have the option to use this platform for dispute resolution. MHS Ruitersport is willing to participate in an out-of-court dispute resolution procedure before a consumer dispute committee.
