The small pellets of Sugar Balance are easy to dose and are well accepted. A supplement in pellet form is ideal because it doesn’t make a mess, unlike powder products. This way, you can be sure that nothing is left in the feed bowl and your horse consumes everything.

Sugar metabolism maintains blood sugar levels. This is the glucose content in the blood. Glucose is energy for the brain, organs, muscles, and all processes in the body. When glucose is not immediately needed, it is stored in the muscles, liver, and as fat tissue. The regulation of glucose storage is controlled by the hormone insulin. In some cases, the balance between the amount of glucose and insulin can be disturbed.

Support may be desired for horses sensitive to sugars, struggling with sugar metabolism, prone to gaining weight, sensitive hooves, or older horses that have difficulty processing sugars. The ingredients in Sugar Balance work together to increase insulin sensitivity for balanced blood sugar levels. It reduces digestion and absorption of sugars and carbohydrates, resulting in less glucose in the blood. Various herbs stimulate fat metabolism and promote fat breakdown, helping with weight loss. Additionally, Sugar Balance supports the kidneys and liver, which are very important in this process.

Sugar Balance is also effective for fluctuating sugar levels in feed (or varying fructan levels in grass) and partially enables pasture turnout for horses and ponies.

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS (FEEDING ADVICE):

A full measuring scoop = approx. 8 g.

Use double dose for the first 2 weeks, then maintenance dose. Suitable for daily use.

A 500 g bucket is sufficient for approximately 62 days at a daily dose of 8 g.
